After casting it is necessary to remove the ceramic shell to reveal the cast parts. The PKO system enables this process to be completed using a pneumatic hammer that is accompanied by a variable position carriage for clamping of the investment casting shell.
The PKO system is mounted within an acoustic enclosure to minimise noise, we strongly recommend the use of a dust collection or extraction system to ensure prolonged operation of the equipment.
The PKO system is relatively maintenance free.
